Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds within 30 days of your purchase, if the software service does not meet your expectations or if there are technical issues that we are unable to resolve. To be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

  1. You have contacted our support team to attempt to resolve the issue first.
  2. The issue falls within the scope of our refund policy as outlined below.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot issue refunds for the following:

  • Services that have been provided and used fully or partially.
  • Subscription fees for any period that has already been billed.
  • Customizations or modifications made to the software service at your request.

Refund Process

Once your request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days and credited to the original method of payment.
